Description

When scanning Intel® DSA, you get an error message: Invalid Configuration Folder : the program could not find a folder to write downloads and data. Go to settings and choose a valid folder.

Resolution
  1. Launch Intel® DSA.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to find the Folder Location, click the Change Location button.
  4. You may either make a new folder or select an existing location for the driver updates to be downloaded.

If this doesn't result in Intel® DSA scan working correctly, try the following:

  1. Download the Intel® DSA uninstaller tool.
  2. Run the uninstaller to uninstall Intel® DSA.
  3. Reboot system.
  4. Reinstall Intel® DSA.
