Troubleshooting steps if your Claimed Leads are not visible from Intel® Partner Showcase
Description
- Accepted leads do not appear on the Claimed Leads dashboard.
- Claimed Leads view is empty.
Resolution
If the leads are not showing up in your Claimed Leads view, first try to clear browser cache and reopen the web page.
If the leads are still not showing, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:
- Name
- Account Number or other account settings
- Screenshot/File
- Link
A representative will contact you within one business day to address the concern.
