Description

Various Intel® Arc™ Graphics cards have problems connecting to various monitors:

Sometimes unplugging/plugging back in the HDMI fixes it.
Sometimes display works briefly, then the display goes blank; repeated unplugging/plugging HDMI doesn't work.

Update to Intel Arc graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4502 or newer to resolve the issue.
