Description

My Bluetooth driver disappeared.

I have tried multiple steps but the issue persisted:

  • Rebooting and reinstalling of Windows*.
  • Tried using Intel diver installer.
  • Also tried Asus Driver updates

Resolution

  1. Make sure that there is an Intel wireless card installed.
  2. Run and install a Windows update.
  3. Reinstall the Intel Bluetooth/ Wireless driver 
  4. Check for latest firmware and the latest windows version.
  5. Reset default settings of BIOS.
  6. Perform a Complete Powercycle
    1. Shut Down the whole system
    2. Unplug the power cable from PSU power supply
    3. Hold down power button for 60 seconds.
  7. Boot the system.
