As per HDMI 2.0 specifications and bandwidth limitations, Intel offers support for the following max video modes depending on each color format/space:
RGB mode: 4K @ 60hz in 8-bit.
YCbCr mode: 4K @ 60hz 10-bit with subsampling 4:2:0.
To set this mode the driver will automatically configure it based on the max reported capability of the display and the content being shown.
- Confirm if the TV menu has an option similar to enabling Deep Color or YCbCr.
- Check the Display Settings > Advanced Display Settings in Windows to confirm if the video mode is enabled by the Display.
