Replaceable Covers Information for the Intel® NUC
Most Intel® NUC products have replaceable top chassis covers. You can replace the cover with a version sold from one of our Intel Innovation Partners, who offer covers with features like:
- VGA and DVI connectors
- Wireless charging
- Extra USB ports

You can also create your own cover
System integrators and end users can use a 3-D printer to create a customized design. You can use a 3-D printer to:
- Create a cosmetic (nonfunctional) cover with a personalized logo (ideal for product differentiation and branding).
- Create a taller customized cover that provides headroom to add third-party hardware features:
- Extra ports, such as RS232 COM ports or USB ports, by connecting to onboard headers
- SDXC card readers
- TV tuners
- Cameras
You can download cover drawings to use with 3-D printers below. Intel provides these materials as-is, with no express, or implied warranties.
