CAUSE: The EDA tool name in the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) is illegal. This error can occur if you edited the QSF manually or if you set the EDA tool name by using the project add_assignment Tcl command. Intel recommends using the Quartus Prime software to modify settings, rather than editing the QSF manually.
