ID:22000 Can't find file <name>

CAUSE: The Quartus Prime software cannot locate the file you specified in the File name box in a Quartus Prime wizard. This message can occur if you typed an illegal or incorrect file name or directory path name, or the file may have been moved or deleted by another user.

ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then verify that you specified the correct file and directory path names and that the file still exists.
