ID:22031 Can't locate the destination tool because a process is currently running

CAUSE: The Quartus Prime software is unable to locate the destination tool because a process is currently running.

ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box. If you want to locate the destination tool, stop the process which is currently running, and then locate the destination tool.
