ID:20200 Can't extract user files to "<path>"
CAUSE: You attempted to extract user files to the specified directory, but the Quartus Prime software cannot extract user files. This message can occur if the specified directory does not have permission to write.
ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then make sure that you have enough disk space and memory to extract those files, that the disk is not corruted, and that you have permission to write to the directory.
