ID:296009 You must have device support installed before you can open a project. To download device support, go to the <download center url> section of the Intel FPGA website.

CAUSE: You attempted to open a project, but you did not install device support for any devices the Quartus Prime software. The Quartus Prime software cannot open a project unless you install device support for one or more devices.

ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then reinstall the Quartus Prime software to add device support. Contact Intel Applications or go to the Intel FPGA web site for more information.
