CAUSE: In a Text Design File (.tdf), you defined the specified symbolic name more than once, or defined an AHDL reserved keyword as the symbolic name. You must defined a symbolic name only once, and the symbolic name must not be a reserved keyword.

ACTION: Make sure the symbolic name is unique and is not a reserved keyword.
