CAUSE: You directed the Quartus Prime software to create a JEDEC STAPL Format File (.jam), Jam STAPL Byte Code 2.0 File (.jbc), Serial Vector Format File (.svf), or In System Configuration File (.isc). However, the Quartus Prime software cannot create the file because the Chain Description File (.cdf) must contain at least one SRAM Object File (.sof) or Programmer Object File (.pof).

ACTION: Add one or more programming files to the Chain Description File (.cdf).
