ID:210026 File <name> is corrupted

CAUSE: You tried to add the specified SRAM Object File (.sof) or Programmer Object File (.pof) to a JTAG chain in the Programmer window. However, the cyclic redundancy check (CRC) code stored in the file does not match the actual CRC code. The Quartus Prime software cannot use this file because the file is corrupted.

ACTION: Regenerate the file and make sure the regenerated file is not corrupted.
