ID:209051 Multiple devices in adapter

CAUSE: You attempted to program a device in Intel FPGA Programming Unit (APU) with an adapter that has more than one socket. However, there is more than one device in the adapter. You can program a device in a multiple-socket adapter only when the other adapter sockets are empty.

ACTION: Make sure there are no devices in the other adapter sockets and then reprogram the device.
