ID:176086 DPA-mode SERDES <name> of row <number> driven by fast PLL <name> is in an overlapping region

CAUSE: The Fitter tried to place the specified fast PLL in the specified location. However, the specified DPA-mode SERDES group driven by the fast PLL overlaps with another group. Overlapping groups can result in either crossed clock domains or violate DPA-clock constraints. As a result, the Fitter cannot place the specified fast PLLs. This message can occur when there are overlapping location assignments, or if additional spacing between the DPA-mode SERDES and other groups is required.

ACTION: Modify the design so that the specified DPA-mode SERDES group location assignment does not overlap with any other SERDES group. You may also need to increase the spacing between the DPA-mode SERDES group and other SERDES groups.
