ID:21050 Found more than one netlist cell or signal with the name <name> on object <name>

CAUSE: The Quartus Prime software found an error in its internal databases. No two netlist objects can have the same name.

ACTION: Determine which objects may have the specified duplicate name, and change the name on one of them.
