CAUSE: You created a point-to-point assignment for an entity of the ALTERA_ATTRIBUTE assignment; however, the assignment is missing either a source or a destination value. The Quartus Prime software cannot create the assignment unless the attributes, attribute values, and attribute format are legal.

ACTION: Modify the assignment so that you specify both the source and destination values.
