ID:37022 Can't generate Atom Netlist File because device family version has changed

CAUSE: You attempted to generate an Atom Netlist File (.atm). However, the Quartus Prime software detected that the family version does not match the family version for this release.

ACTION: Recompile the design with the most recent version of the Quartus Prime software.
