Enable CvP_CONFDONE Pin

This option enables the CvP_CONFDONE pin, which indicates that the device is finished with core programming in configuration via PCI Express (CvP) mode. If this option is turned off, the CvP_CONFDONE pin is disabled when the device operates in user mode and is available as a user I/O pin.
