The Intel Atom® C5000 processors are socket and pin compatible with P5000 allowing scalability from 4 cores to 24 cores.

Flexible Design to the Edge

Intel Atom® C5000 has 4-8 cores and speeds of up-to 2.4 GHz on Networking and up-to 2.8 GHz on Storage variants. With 32-50 Watt Thermal Design Power (TDP) and improved integration capacity and throughput over the Intel Atom® C3000, these processors are very well suited for cost and power optimized networking and security appliances.
