You can use this development kit to:
- Evaluate Agilex™ 7 FPGA M-Series that contains 3x F-Tile & 1x R-Tile and HBM2e.
- Demonstrate design examples for memory-bandwidth-driven and compute-intensive applications for M-series across Cloud, Network, and Edge.
- To evaluate M-series and start designs in HPC, Storage, Wireline, Military, Radar, Video and Image processing, and Test equipment.
- Feature in-package HBM2e memory, DDR5/LPDDR5 EMIF, R-tile and F-tile protocols and showcase external memory interfaces, DDR5/LPDDR5, HPS EMIF.
- Test PCIe 5.0 x16 interface via the MCIO connector (plug-in boards and cable for additional connectivity are not included in purchase. Contact your local Intel salesperson for more details).
