You Now Have Access to Intel® Partner Showcase
Learn about setting up your Intel® Partner Showcase profile and lead generation settings.
Get your company up and running quickly and efficiently in the Intel® Partner Showcase by following our onboarding process.
Intel® Partner Alliance members, at the member tier, receive a basic access benefit. This means your company will be automatically listed within the Intel® Partner Showcase Partner Directory. Your company name and website will be listed on a "members" partner card.
Qualifying Intel® Partner Alliance members will be upgraded to Gold or Titanium tier based on the program value exchange. Your Intel® Partner Showcase benefit will also be upgraded when you move up a tier.
You will receive a Welcome Email with the header Get Started with Intel® Partner Showcase – complete your profile. It is sent to the Partner Admins and the Marketing Specialist, if you have one, at your company. It contains a link to the Intel® Partner Showcase where you can set up your company profile.
Once the Partner Admin or Marketing Specialist selects the Set-up your profile button and clicks on the link within the welcome email they receive, they are taken to an Intel® Partner Showcase pop-up window, which displays a Set Up Your Profile button.
Sign into the Intel® Partner Showcase Admin Experience
- Use the person icon in the header to sign into the Intel® Partner Showcase Admin Experience.
- Enter your username.
- Enter your password.
- If you’ve forgotten your Intel username or password, select the appropriate link under the Sign In button.
NOTE: If you select a link that’s been sent to you in an Intel® Partner Showcase email, you will land on the sign-in screen and will not be required to select the person icon.
Once signed in, Partner Admins and Marketing Specialists follow a guided set-up process.
NOTE: Partner Admins view a 2-step process, while Marketing Specialists only view the first step of the process.
Below are the instructions for Partner Admins and Marketing Specialists to use when setting up a company profile.
Step 1: Set Up Profile
Tab 1: Company Information
Upload a company logo. Select the Upload files button and choose a file from your local drive.
NOTE: Company logos must be less than 5 MB and uploaded to Intel® Partner Showcase in one of the following formats: .png, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg. The recommended size is: 600 pixels x 800 pixels.
Also, update your company name, add a website URL, and your company’s physical address on this tab. NOTE: This is an optional step. You can skip it if the company name, website URL, and physical address provided (i.e. as part of Operation/Performance Interface Device [OPID]) is valid.
Step 1: Set Up Profile
Tab 2: Company Description
Input Language
Select the Input Language from the drop-down menu. Select English, Simplified Chinese, or Japanese. If you select simplified Chinese or Japanese, Intel will translate your profile into English for review.

Enter a Company Tagline that is a maximum of 50 characters. The Company Tagline displays on the profile marquee underneath the company name.
Description
TIPS: Here are some pointers to creating a captivating, eye-catching description that will get your company the attention it deserves.
- Start with a topic sentence and paragraph that identifies the main idea and point of your company, including your overall mission. This is a short statement of why your organization exists, and identifies the goal of its operations. It includes what kind of product, service, or solution your company provides, what Intel® products were used to create it, its primary customers or market, and its geographical region of operation. It’s also a good idea to state specifically what kind of company you are (e.g., “We are a manufacturer that creates solutions for the healthcare industry”, or, “We are a system integrator located in the UK that specializes in Retail POS solutions”). NOTE: Only the first few words appear on your offering card and quick view card. Aim to be descriptive and clear, as this is what most users will see first when reading about your company.
- Use short, concise sentences and bullet points to convey concepts.
- Use rich keywords for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes. When your copy is keyword rich, it indicates to search engines what your offering is all about and for what keyword phrases you want to be ranked. However, making your content keyword rich doesn't mean you should cram your content with an abundance of keywords. Describe the exact products, services, or solutions your company provides using rich keywords. Example: “We manufacture MB, NB, PAD, Mini PC, and IPC products.” Also, use rich keywords to describe the specific industries in which your products, services, or solutions apply. Example: “Our company has extended its core strengths to include more hardware devices related to IoV and total solutions that follow IoT and AI & Edge trends.”
- Format the entire description using tools found in the Description dialog box. Bold, italicize, justify, and indent text as needed.
- Make the overall description compelling, using bold, and underlined sub-headers between paragraphs.
- End your company description with a Call to Action to entice your viewers to move to the Next Steps in discovering your offerings and collaborating and connecting with you. For example: “Contact us today to collaborate and establish new opportunities”. NOTE: Your lead generation settings must be set to on to accept inquiries (See Step 2: Set Up a Profile - Partner Admins set-up lead generation settings). A Contact Partner button will be placed on your storefront, your offering detail pages, and quick view cards. Users can then select the Contact Partner button to submit a form to you to Ask a Question or Request a Quote. NOTE: All offerings that are created and published appear on your storefront.
Industry
Select the Industry categories that apply to your company, these are areas where you may have specialist knowledge or expertise (e.g., Agriculture, Communications).
Application
Similar to Industries, select the Applications your company has an expertise in, and goods and services that may meet your customers’ business needs (e.g., Connected Worker; Intelligent Vending).
NOTE: Make sure to select as many industries and applications that are applicable to your company. This helps users find your company when searching for a solution.
Step 1 – Set Up Profile
Tab 3: Company Details
In the Company Details tab, select the Industry and Application categories, and the Regional Coverage areas for your company. Be specific when defining these categories and areas so that users can find your company when searching for a product or solution to meet their business needs.
NOTE: Selecting All Regions in the Regional Coverage area indicates to your customers that you operate globally.
Step 1 – Set Up Profile
Tab 4: Company Resources
You can add links to display up to (5) Company Resources on your profile. These give viewers additional information to learn about and research your company, helping them find products and solutions they’re seeking:
- Use the drop-down menu to define the Resource Type (e.g., White Paper, Case Study, Product Brief, Use Case, Articles).
- Enter the URL where the resource is posted.
- Use the + Resource button to add company resources.
Step 1 - Set Up Profile
Tab 5: Summary
- Select the Summary button to review the information you have entered in your profile.
- Select the Submit button for Intel review.
Partner Admins Only
Step 2 - Set Up Lead Generation Settings
NOTE: Only Partner Admins can set up Lead Generation Settings on Step 2 of the 2-step guided process.
- Enable lead generation: sliding the toggle on displays a Contact Partner on your profile/storefront.
- Limit lead generation to other Intel partners only: sliding the toggle on allows only logged-in partners to see the Contact Partner button on your profile/storefront and offering pages.
- Language Preferences: use the drop-down menu to select English, Simplified Chinese, or Japanese. If you do not make a selection, No Preference will indicate that you accept communications globally.
- Select the Save & Close button.
Once the guided setup is complete, submit it for Intel review.
NOTE: If your profile/storefront is in a Draft Status for 7 business days, Intel will send you email notification, Reminder: Submit Your Profile, to remind you to submit your profile/storefront. You will also receive a second reminder email if your profile/storefront remains in a Draft Status after 14 business days.
During the review process, a green bar displays on your profile page, indicating that it is under Intel review.
Once the company profile is approved by Intel Admins and published for other partners and the public to view in Intel® Partner Showcase, Offering Editors and Partner Admins receive an email notifying them that they can now create offerings.
If you need to make edits to your profile/storefront, sign into the Admin Experience, select the Manage Storefront button in the black ribbon at the top of the page. Select the pencil icon next to the logo or near Overview on your profile/storefront and make edits as necessary. Select Submit Edits once you’ve completed the changes. NOTE: Once you’ve resubmitted your profile/storefront, it will go through the Intel review process.
This email contains a link to an Intel® Partner Showcase pop-up called Get Started.
Users can select the Get Started button where they’ll be taken to a page where they will be required to sign into the Admin Experience to proceed.
Offering Editors and Partner Admins can then create an offering by following these instructions:
- Select the Manage Offerings button in the black ribbon at the top of the page.
- Select the Create a New Offering button on the My Offerings page.
