Health for Life Centers
The Health for Life Centers are full-service primary care facilities designed to provide you and your family a unique, personalized health care experience. Each center is staffed with experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physical therapists, and other support medical staff. Health for Life Centers are located on Intel campuses in Arizona, New Mexico and Oregon; all of the Health for Life Centers can serve as your patient centered medical home if you and your family are enrolled in Connected Care.

Intel has teamed up with Tutor.com™ to provide, online tutoring services and access to other educational resources accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no cost to Intel employees and their family members. Interactive, one-to-one tutoring sessions are available to students of all ages (kindergarten through adult learner) in math, science, written English, U.S. social studies, foreign language: Spanish and French, and business topics: accounting, finance, economics.

Retirement resources and programs are available to support your retirement readiness. You can enroll, view, and manage your retirement account(s) online through Fidelity NetBenefits®. You can also use Fidelity NetBenefits to find additional retirement planning tools and information.
For questions regarding your retirement accounts, call Fidelity at (888) 401-7377. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to Midnight, Eastern Time.
The Work Number® is a workforce verification solution that allows you or a third party, such as a broker or lender, to obtain written employment verification and proof of income from your employment. Through The Work Number, verifying agencies are able to access your information quickly and easily online. To process your request, you’ll need your date of hire, current employment status, and job title.

Corporate Travel Card: You are able to view, manage, and pay your bill online. If you have any questions regarding your Corporate Travel Card, call the number on the back of your card.

Machine Readable Files
The machine-readable file (MRF) requirement under the Transparency in Coverage rules is effective July 1, 2022. This rule requires insurers and self-funded group health plans to publicly post MRFs with detailed information on the costs of covered services and prescription drugs. The rules regarding prescription drug MRFs are delayed until a later date.
