Quartus® Prime Version Description Impact
23.4 Added error checking for incorrect connection of the Output Enable (OE) to true differential output buffers for Arria® 10 and Cyclone® 10 GX devices. In previous versions, the connection was not checked and incorrect Arria® 10 and Cyclone® 10 GX designs compiled without flagging the error. Recompilation is required only for Arria® 10 and Cyclone® 10 GX devices.
