7.1.3.2.2. Triple-rate Designs

For 3G/SD profiles, set the following assignment for the rx_adapt_mode for 3G/SD: 
set_instance_assignment -name HSSI_PARAMETER "rx_adapt_mode=RX_ADAPT_MODE_STATIC_EQ" -to <3G/SD Profile Path>
For HD profiles, set the following assignment for the rx_adapt_mode for HD: 
set_instance_assignment -name HSSI_PARAMETER "rx_adapt_mode= RX_ADAPT_MODE_STATIC_EQ" -to <HD Profile Path>
