Introduction

This document provides details about hardware, operating system, and software prerequisites for the Intel® oneAPI Math Kernel Library.

Supported Operating Systems

For Data Parallel C++ (DPC++)

NOTE: For users using the DPC++ compiler, please refer to the DPC++ compiler system requirements here.

Software Requirements

Prerequisites

For DPC++

Linux*
  • GNU* GCC v7.0 or higher.
  • Intel® oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler 2021.1 and later.
  • Intel® oneAPI Threading Building Blocks (oneTBB) 2021.1 and later.
  • For Intel GPU development, Intel® software for General Purpose GPU capabilities 2021-09-13 and older, the Intel GPU drivers are requested from here.
Windows*
  • Intel® oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler 2021.1 and later.
  • Intel® oneAPI Threading Building Blocks (oneTBB) 2021.1 and later.
  • For Intel GPU development, the Intel GPU drivers are requested from here.
