Intel And Advanced Micro Devices Renew Patent Cross-License Agreement
SANTA CLARA/ SUNNYVALE, Calif., May 4, 2001 -- Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Intel Corporation today announced the renewal of a long-standing patent cross-license agreement between the companies. Specific terms of the 10-year agreement are confidential. The companies have signed four patent cross-license agreements since 1976.
