Intel To Acquire iCat

SANTA CLARA, November 30, 1998 - Intel Corporation announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of iCat Corporation. The transaction will be made through a subsidiary of Intel and is expected to be completed before the end of 1998.
