Description
Following the method provided in Cyclone® V GT FPGA Development Kit User Guide, 4.3. Configuring the MAX® V Device to Program EPCQ, you may not be able to access the EPCQ configuration device, such as not being able to program a JIC file for Active Serial (AS) configuration.
This problem is caused by an incorrect device used for component U29, which impacts the AS configuration circuit. This issue only affects the Cyclone® V GT FPGA Development Kit (DK-DEV-5CGTD9N-B) with serial numbers ranging from 5CPCIE00100011 to 5CPCIE00100115.
