Why does Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA fail with fitter error while accessing HPS EMIF IP with DDR4 2x16, DDR4 2x32, and LPDDR5 2x32 with/without ECC configuration in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2?

    Description

    Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2 does not support Intel Agilex® 7 HPS EMIF IP IP with DDR4 2x16, DDR4 2x32, LPDDR5 2x32 with/without ECC configuration currently, but available in DDR4 1x16, DDR4 1x32, LPDDR5 1x32 configuration with/without ECC.

     

    Resolution

    Intel Agilex® 7 HPS EMIF IP with DDR4 2x16 , DDR4 2x32, LPDDR5 2x32 with/without ECC configurations are available beginning with Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.3
