Why is a functional failure observed after a Partial Reconfiguration (PR) operation in Intel Agilex® 7 devices?

    Description

    Due to a problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4 and earlier, a functional failure might be observed after a Partial Reconfiguration (PR) operation in Intel Agilex® 7 devices.

    Resolution

    This problem has been fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1.
