Description
Due to a problem with the Reset Release Intel® FPGA IP, a SOF generated in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3 and earlier for all Intel Agilex® devices will be prohibited to be used in Intel® Quartus® Prime Software Programmer and Programming File Generator in version 21.1 and above regardless of whether the Reset Release Intel® FPGA IP is instanced or not.
Resolution
To fix this issue, recompile the design in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software starting from version 21.1 and above.
