Why can't I find the Flash Loader for the Intel® Stratix® 10 GX 650 and SX 650 devices?

In Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.4 and earlier, you may see that you can choose the Intel® Stratix® 10 GX 650 and SX 650 devices in the device list, but there is no available Flash Loader for these devices when generating a JIC file in the Programming File Generator. 

For Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition version 20.4 and earlier, POF or JIC generation is not supported for Intel® Stratix® 10 GX 650 and SX 650 devices.

The support is added starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 21.1.
