Why is the dedicated transceiver refclk pin Vicm lower than the specification in the Arria V GX device datasheet when using Quartus II software versions 12.1sp1 and earlier?

    Description

    The dedicated transceiver refclk pin Vicm is lower than the specification in the Arria® V GX device datasheet due to a bug in Quartus® II software versions 12.1sp1 and earlier.

    Resolution

    This issue will be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
