Is UniPHY based DDR2 SDRAM memory controller supported for Cyclone IV and Arria II GX FPGA devices?

Description

In Quartus® II software version 10.0, UniPHY based DDR2 SDRAM memory controller only supports Stratix® III, Stratix IV and Stratix V FPGA family.

There is no plan for UniPHY to support Cyclone® IV and Arria® II GX FPGA family at the moment.

Use ALTMEMPHY based memory controller to implement DDR2 SDRAM memory interface in Cyclone IV and Arria II GX FPGA device family.
