    Description

    Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.4 and earlier, you might see this internal error at the Route stage. 

    Resolution

    To work around this problem, assign a proper location to the port listed in the Warning message (21833) before running Route. 

    This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3.
