Do the general purpose I/O pins of Stratix, Arria and Cyclone devices have on-chip biasing?

Description

No, the general purpose I/O pins of Stratix®, Arria® and Cyclone® devices do not have on-chip biasing. If you need to AC couple your signals into a Stratix, Arria, or Cyclone device, then you need to add an external biasing circuit.

This does not apply to transceiver I/O pins.
