How can I enable RX Phase Comp FIFO in register mode option in the ALTGX MegaWizard in Quartus II software version 9.0 SP2 for Stratix IV GX, Stratix IV GT and Arria II GX devices?

In Quartus® II software version 9.0 SP1, the ALTGX MegaWizard™ Plug-In Manager provided the ‘Enable RX Phase Comp FIFO in register mode’ option under Basic mode. This option is worded differently from Basic mode in Quartus II software version 9.0 SP2 and further versions. 

The new selection in BASIC mode for "Deterministic Latency" is called "Enable low latency PCS mode" in the ALTGX MegaWizard Plug-In Manager in Quartus II software version 9.0 SP2 on the Basic/8B10B page. In this "Deterministic Latency" mode, the RX Phase Comp FIFO is in registered mode.  If the TX/RX are both used inthe MegaWizard then the TX Phase Comp FIFO is also in registered mode.
