You may see this error when implementing the SDI protocol datarate of 2970 Mbps when using the Arria® 10 Transceiver CMU PLL IP in Quartus® Prime Standard edition version 15.1.

Resolution This problem will be fixed in a future version of the Quartus Prime Standard edition software.
