Generation fails in 10GBase-R PHY MegaWizard Plug-In Manager when the Number of Channels is set to a value greater than 4 for Stratix IV

Critical Issue

Description

On the General Options tab of the 10GBase-R PHY MegaWizard Plug-In Manager, if you set Number of Channels to a value greater than 4, generation fails with the message:

Generation FAILED.

Resolution

Specify a value between 1 and 4.If you require more than 4 channels, instantiate additional 10GBase-R PHY megafunctions..
