Resolution

Issue 363582, Cyclone® IV Device Family BSDL Files, Version 1.0

The Manufacturer\'s Identity in the Cyclone IV E BSDL file Version 1.0 is 000 1101 1101, but this is incorrect.
The correct 11-bit Manufacturer\'s Identity should be 000 0110 1110.
This affects all Cyclone IV E BSDL files; Version 1.0, Cyclone IV GX is unaffected by this issue.  

This issue is fixed in version 1.01 of the Cyclone® IV E device BSDL files.
