Description
The pre-emphasis pre-tap is selectable between -15 to 15 on Stratix® V GX and Arria® GZ devices. You can set the Quartus® II pre-emphasis pre-tap QSF assignments by using either the XCVR_TX_PRE_EMP_PRE_TAP and XCVR_TX_PRE_EMP_INV_PRE_TAP QSF assignments, or you can set the XCVR_TX_PRE_EMP_PRE_TAP_USER QSF assignment.
The mapping of these settings to the Stratix V GX Transceiver Toolkit is defined below.
