    Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 12.0 SP2 and earlier, this error may be seen during the Assembler stage when compiling a design targeting a Stratix® V device.
    Resolution

    To work around this problem, download and install the Stratix V/Arria® V/Cyclone® V device patch 2.dp7 or later from the related solution below.
