Why is ModelSim unable to launch the terminal emulator when running the Excalibur Stripe Simulator (ESS)?

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description ModelSim is unable to find the location of the terminal emulator for the ESS model if there are spaces in your PATH enviroment variable. Ensure that no spaces existin your PATH variable in order for ESS to function correctly in ModelSim.
