    Critical Issue

    Description If you use the Quartus II software Arria 10 Edition version 13.1 to create a design that includes the Partial Reconfiguration IP core, you will encounter an error.
    Resolution

    There is no workaround. The Quartus II software Arria 10 Edition version 13.1 does not support the Partial Reconfiguration IP core.
