Can Stratix™ devices support the XSBI interface proposed by the 10 Gigabit Ethernet specification?

    Description

    Yes, by utilizing their phase-locked loops (PLLs) and I/O capabilities with LVDS, Stratix devices can support the XSBI interface for both the local-area network (LAN) PHY at 644.53125 Mbps and the WAN PHY at 622.08 Mbps.
