Is the DATA0 pin powered by VCCIO or VCCPGM when using Active Serial (AS) mode in Stratix III and Stratix IV devices?

Description

The DATA0 pin on Stratix® III and Stratix IV devices which is a dedicated AS configuration pin when in AS mode will be powered by VCCPGM during configuration and VCCIO in usermode.

If DATA0 will be used to access the Serial Configuration Device (EPCS) in usermode it is recommended to power the bank VCCIO that contains DATA0 with the same voltage as VCCPGM.
