Description
The maximum high-speed differential input clock frequency that APEX II devices support is 500 MHz.
The Quartus® II software version 2.0 incorrectly limits the high-speed differential input clock frequency to 420 MHz.
The Quartus II software version 2.1 has fixed this error.
