Table 5-4 the Iccpowerup shows 55mA in the typical column, however Note 8 states that this value is a peak current value. The 55mA value is the nominal Iccpowerup value with respect to peak current with maximum duration of tCONFIG time.

Page 7-1 it incorrreclty states each VCCINT/GNDINT and VCCIO/GNDIO pair should be decoupled with a 0.1-mF capacitor. The correct value of the capacitor should be 0.1uF.
